前天去參加微軟研討會~
聽到Jim Gray一直強調的一段話：「Step back, 看看他們是怎麼執行他們的工作的，才能設計出可以幫助他們執行工作的系統」(原文忘了~只記得大意)

今天在做軟體專案管理作業~看到投影片上類似的東西:
If a customer does not have defined business processes without computer support, building computer software will not create these processes automatically.
